Opened in 2006, NW Pilates is a boutique studio tucked into the neighborhood directly below Forest Park in the bottom floor of a modern loft building. NW Pilates offers private as well as small group sessions.

Our nationally certified instructors specialize in classical and contemporary pilates. We offer a warm inviting atmosphere and committed instructors who bring personalized attention to each client.
